Cancellation Policy

BOOKING INFORMATION [PLEASE READ]: My in-house energy healing and bodywork services are currently limited to a 7-mile radius of zip code 33705. I generally serve areas south of Gandy Bridge, southeast of Madeira Beach, and north of Tierra Verde. If you’re unsure whether your location is within my service area, please contact me before booking at 727-344-9816. Please take a moment to review this policy so we can create a smooth, restorative experience together: In-Home Service This is an in-home service, which means I’ll be coming to your space with my massage table and all necessary supplies. Please ensure you have a private, clean room available with enough space to move comfortably and the ability to close the door for privacy. Allow for 30 extra minutes of your appt duration as I will arrive at your scheduled appointment time and take about 15 minutes to set up and 15mins to breakdown after. Your full service time will begin once you are on the table, so you’ll always receive the complete duration you’ve booked. Cancellations/Rescheduling: I understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. For cancellations that qualify for a refund, please note that a 3% processing fee will be deducted. Depending on your situation, for late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) you’re always welcome to apply your payment as a credit toward a future session instead. Tips/Gratuities: As a fully independent practitioner, tips and gratuities are never expected—your presence and energy exchange are already deeply appreciated. However, if you feel genuinely called to offer one, it’s always received with gratitude. Pets: For everyone’s comfort and safety, please ensure that pets are secured in another room before I arrive and for the duration of the session. This helps maintain a peaceful environment and allows the energy work to unfold without distraction. If you have any questions or special considerations about your space or session, please contact me before booking.
