Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for booking a reading with me. I understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. No-shows are non-refundable, and for cancellations that qualify for a refund, please note that a 3% processing fee will be deducted. Depending on your situation, you’re always welcome to apply your payment as a credit toward a future session instead. You’ll receive a confirmation text the day before your reading, sent to the phone number you provide when booking. If you’re booking for someone else, please include their name and phone number in the “Add Note” section at checkout so I can confirm directly with them. To help you get the most out of your session, please be ready at least 15 minutes before your appointment to set your intentions and create a quiet, comfortable space for the reading. This time allows you to ground and open yourself to the guidance that wishes to come through. Your reading will begin and end promptly at the scheduled time, as I’m often booked back-to-back.
